• API request metadata routed through Spire Monitor (endpoint paths, HTTP methods, status codes, latency — not request/response bodies unless explicitly enabled)

• Log data associated with your account activity

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and improve the Spire Monitor platform
• Process transactions and send related information including confirmations and receipts
• Send technical notices, updates, security alerts, and support messages
• Respond to your comments, questions, and requests
• Monitor and analyze usage trends to improve user experience

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your API monitoring data for advertising purposes.

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. API request logs are retained according to your subscription plan's data retention policy (default: 30 days for free accounts, configurable for paid plans).

You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing support@spiremonitor.app. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including TLS encryption in transit, AES-256 encryption at rest, regular security audits, and access controls limiting employee access to user data.

No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

• Service providers — third-party vendors who assist in operating our platform (hosting, payment processing, email delivery). These providers are contractually bound to protect your data.
