Spire Monitor is an API monitoring and observability platform that enables developers and organizations to track HTTP request traffic, analyze response patterns, set alert thresholds, and diagnose issues across their API infrastructure.

Certain features require a paid subscription ("Spire Monitor Pro"). By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis according to your selected plan.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods except where required by law.
We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' advance notice to active subscribers.
You retain ownership of all API data, configurations, and content you submit to the Service ("Your Data"). By using the Service, you grant Spire Monitor a limited license to process Your Data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.
We do not claim ownership of Your Data and will not access, use, or disclose it except as described in our Privacy Policy or as required by law.
You are solely responsible for ensuring you have all necessary rights and permissions to submit Your Data to the Service, including rights to monitor any APIs or systems you configure.
The Service, including its software, design, logos, and content (excluding Your Data), is owned by Spire Monitor and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our express written permission.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform scheduled or emergency maintenance that temporarily reduces availability. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from service interruptions.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Spire Monitor is registered, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a prominent notice within the Service at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
